- Price

If the debit at the establishment is made in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the establishment's local currency, except for special provisions indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price.Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) where applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly to the establishment on site. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date. - Payment

- Force majeure

- Entirety

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF LODGES AND TOURIST FURNITURE: SARL Le Pressoir
The tenant cannot under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for on his reservation.
The reservation becomes effective when the tenant accepts the general conditions of sale and its annex and after receipt by the Press of the amount of the deposit (30% of the total amount).
The rental balance is paid 14 days before the arrival date.
Payment methods accepted:check, IBAN bank transfer, credit card (in progress).
- SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT
On arrival, a security deposit is requested by SARL Le Pressoir. Its amount is:
- 100 euros for the rental of La Cotinière and Boyarville
- 120 euros for the rental of the Saint-Pierre, the Château and the Grand-Village
- 150 euros for the rental of the Saint-Trojean, the Chassiron duplex and the petit clos
- 200 euros for the rental of the Fort Boyard loft.
This sum will not be cashed but kept until the end of the stay. It is returned to the tenant, after the exit inventory, after deduction, if necessary, of the cost of repairing the premises and the costs of replacing the items and equipment made available. This period cannot exceed 60 days.
If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the difference, on the basis of supporting documents provided by SARL Le Pressoir.
The tenant uses the rental in a peaceful manner and makes good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises.
On departure, the tenant agrees to make the accommodation as clean as he finds it on arrival.
SARL Le Pressoir reserves the right to collect the sum of:
- 50 euros for Cotinière and Boyarville
- 60 euros for the Saint-Pierre, the Château and Grand-Village
- 70 euros for Saint-Trojean, the Chassiron duplex and the petit clos
- 100 euros for the Fort Boyard loft.

The rental can in no case benefit third parties.
The SARL Le Pressoir must provide the accommodation in accordance with the description it has made and keep it in working order.
The number of tenants cannot be greater than the number indicated at the time of booking. However, depending on the capacity, an excess may be granted by SARL Le Pressoir.In this case and taking into account the additional charges caused by the change in the number of occupants, a supplement of € 5 per person per day will be billed to the tenant registered at the time of booking.
Pets are allowed in the rental. The tenant is requested to have in his possession the animal's health record stipulating all the compulsory up-to-date vaccinations. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused and that it does not cause any noise pollution during the stay. In the event that the linen (duvets, rugs, pillows, etc.) require cleaning at the dry cleaning service due to hair, the sum of € 30 will be deducted from the deposit deposited at the start of the stay.
In the event of an early interruption of the stay by the tenant, not falling under the responsibility of SARL Le Pressoir, no refund will be made, except for the security deposit under the conditions provided for in article 3.
The tenant is required to insure the premises which are rented to him. He must therefore check whether his main housing contract provides for resort extension (vacation rental). Otherwise, it is desirable that he inquires of his insurer to proceed with an extension of guarantee.

The heated swimming pool is located in a secure area shared with all the furnished apartments. It is open from mid-April to the end of September (weather permitting).
